  Customer service was absolutely amazing, very helpful then we got to our room (6G) it was even better, the whole apartment was very clean, and the view was so fantastic, my family would definitely go back, highly recommend

  stayed for 2 nights, 3 days in apartment 1J. the location on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The apartment was clean and the facilities were fantastic. would highly recommend.

  Beware - Photos are misleading.
  My family recently stayed at this accommodation. We booked online through Bookerty and paid a non refundable rate (big mistake).
  The 2 bedroom apartment we were given, 1D, was not the apartment shown in the images online.
  This apartment was very run down (chipped cheap furniture, saggy stinky old couch, rusty blinds, windows 'fixed' using pool noodles), dirty (dusty around beds, dirty sheets, floors were so dirty the kids feet were black) and generally just yucky... The bed was extremely uncomfortable and seemed like it was about to give way. The fridge was in the middle of the dining room and the second bedroom has this useless blind that did nothing to block out the light that was directly outside the window in the common area that you couldn't turn off- good luck getting small children to sleep.
  The upside was the beautiful view, and the lady in reception was really lovely to lend my girls some toys to play with.
  Management should address the images online so that people are not mislead.

  If you are looking for a spot that's central but on the quieter side, then this place is for you. Rooftop pool, ground pool, tennis court and a Cafe on the ground floor too. Walking path right outside which runs parallel to the beach front. Quick drive to Harbour Town Outlet Shops and 20 to 30 mins to Pacific Fair. Secure parking with swipe key access.

  Came up to gold coast for a family reunion, stayed for 4 days. Lady at the front desk was lovely. The room on level 5 was clean with a great view. The kids loved the pool.

  Very nice. Modern Clean Upscale with outstanding views of the ocean Broadwater boats and beaches

  The rooms are quite nice, they don't have enough laundry or washing machine detergent as well as toilet paper. Good facilities such as pools and spas and overall very clean.
